Thank you for supporting our artwork. Each print is created with care and attention to quality. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds.
Order Cancellations
Online orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may have already entered processing or production and can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unaltered)
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Shipping & Delivery Issues
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with the carrier and your local postal service, as well as with neighbors or household members. While we understand this can be frustrating, these situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we do not cover the cost of replacement or refund. In many cases, the carrier does not return the package to us. If you would like the item resent, a new order will need to be placed.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Additional Notes
Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight color variations may occur and are not considered defects.
